As the Samsung Galaxy S24 series, one of the first names that come to mind when thinking of Android flagships, prepares to make way for the Galaxy S25, the S24 FE model is also awaiting its announcement. Expected to be introduced between September and October, the charging features of the device have now been revealed. It seems that it will once again fall behind its competitors. Here are the charging details of the Galaxy S24 FE…
Galaxy S24 FE will have the same charging features as its predecessor
After the Galaxy Tab S10+ model was spotted and approved in the UAE’s TDRA (Telecommunications Regulatory Authority) and UL Demko certifications, the Galaxy S24 FE has also appeared in the TDRA and TUV Rheinland certifications. According to the information in the TUV certification, the Galaxy S24 FE will come with the same or even lower charging capabilities than the S23 FE.
According to the leaked certification, the S24 FE will support 25W fast charging, just like the S23 FE. Additionally, the new device is said to feature 9W wireless charging, while the S23 FE offered 15W wireless charging. This suggests that the tech giant may offer slower charging speeds with the new phone.
The certification also reveals that the S24 FE will be available in seven different versions for various markets. These models are listed as SM-S721B/DS, SM-S721B, SM-S721N, SM-S721Q, SM-S721U, SM-S721W, and SM-S7210, with the SM-S721B expected to be for the global market and the SM-S721U for the US market.
Additionally, the “DS” in the model numbers is said to indicate dual SIM card support. According to other reports, the new phone will come with features such as Wi-Fi 6E, NFC, Bluetooth 5.3, 5G, LTE, and GSM connectivity. Although it is expected to be introduced with minimal changes compared to the regular S24 series, the S24 FE will still capture the attention of users.
